1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Kraftastic Moments, an event planning platform operated by KraftasticPH ("we", "us") from the Republic of the Philippines. By creating an account or continuing to use the service you agree to these terms and contract with KraftasticPH.
2. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when registering.
- You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
- One person or organization per account; accounts may not be shared.
3. Event Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of event details, dates, venues and any commitments made to your guests or vendors.
4. Guest Invitations
- Only invite guests who have consented to receive your invitations.
- You must not use the platform to send unsolicited bulk messages.
- Guest data you upload remains your responsibility as data controller.
5. Seat Planning
Seating tools are provided as planning aids. Final arrangements at the venue remain your responsibility.
6. Budget Tracking
Budget and vendor payment figures are recorded by you for your own reference. Kraftastic Moments does not process vendor payments and is not a party to your vendor contracts.
7. Payments & Refunds
Paid plans are displayed in Philippine pesos and charged in the currency shown at checkout. Payment, billing, taxes, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms. Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.
7a. Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
8. Intellectual Property
The platform, its design system and its code are owned by Kraftastic Moments. Content you upload remains yours; you grant us a limited licence to host and display it to run the service.
9. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent allowed by Philippine law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected event.
10. Termination
We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. You may delete your account at any time.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in-app.
